Main Scheme:	Estates ,or small authorities on their own	£300 (plus VAT)
	Maintenance (if purchased on its own)	£500 (plus VAT)
	All Modules	£700 (plus VAT)

Scottish Facilitated Benchmarking	Three meetings per year	£1000 per annum (plus VAT)

COPROP:
Membership is for a two year period September till September during which time you will receive: First Year Administrative Buildings EPH's Second Year Administrative Buildings Schools
Costs are:	Up to 100 schools	£500 per annum
	100-300 schools	£700 per annum
	300+ schools	£900 per annum
NaPPMI:	The ability to enter your data onto the online database for all NAPPMI indicators (1 – 7) Independent validation of your data The ability to produce your own comparison with like authorities or on a regional basis Information in numeric, and/or tabular format. Inclusion of any future NAPPMI indicators within the on-line offering The opportunity to demonstrate that your authority is benchmarking the performance of its asset	AMP Members: £350 plus VAT per annum. Non AMP Members: £500 plus VAT per annum
